Focused on detecting COVID-19 using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRs) technique. Its general objective was to design and validate a rapid and cost-effective method based on this technology for quickly diagnosing COVID-19. Developed by a team created by a public university and a private company: Rey Juan Carlos University – Boscalia Technologies S.L., in collaboration with various hospitals in the Community of Madrid and the Valencian Community, and equipment distributors such as JASCO Analitica Spain and BONSAI Advanced Technologies.

Development of predictive models based on Sentinel-2 hyperspectral images for implementation in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Each pixel of the hyperspectral image is assigned one or more tree species. The final result is a thematic layer of tree species available to the user.
